Terms of Service

1. The Service

ThreadPocket is a design project management tool that connects to Figma files via the Figma API and helps design teams plan, execute, review, and hand off design projects.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use ThreadPocket. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use ThreadPocket if you are under 16 years of age.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ThreadPocket for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content

4. Figma Integration

ThreadPocket connects to Figma on your behalf using OAuth. By connecting a Figma file, you authorise ThreadPocket to read comments, file metadata, and node information from that file, and to post comments on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect any Figma file to ThreadPocket.

ThreadPocket is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Figma, Inc.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or import into ThreadPocket, including project plans, thread replies, and project context.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell your content to third parties.

6. AI Features

ThreadPocket uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate design plans and assist with project planning. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output.

7. Early Access

ThreadPocket is currently in early access. The Service is provided as-is during this period. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops. We will notify users of significant changes.

8. Pricing and Payment

ThreadPocket is currently free during early access. When paid plans are introduced, we will provide advance notice. Early access users will receive preferential pricing.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@threadpocket.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boiling Brains OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
